30-Day Defective Product Return Policy
Piano Seller accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for defective products only. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.
To request a return, call 626-427-1030 or email gus@pianoseller.com with your name, order details, photos if available, and the instrument or product involved. Items sent back without first contacting Piano Seller and receiving approval may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be in the condition reviewed by Piano Seller and include any original packaging, accessories, parts, manuals, benches, pedals, power supplies, and proof of purchase when applicable.
Exchanges
Piano Seller accepts exchanges when approved in advance. Exchanges depend on product condition, availability, delivery details, and any price difference between items.
Non-Returnable Items and Services
Special orders, delivered pianos, rental fees, tuning, moving, repair, refinishing, delivery, pickup, labor, and other completed services are non-refundable unless Piano Seller determines there is a defect or service issue that should be corrected.
Refunds
If a return is approved, Piano Seller will inspect the item and confirm whether a refund is available. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Restocking, labor, delivery, pickup, or other service charges may apply depending on the item and situation.
