Short-term event rentals and monthly rentals need different details, so we split them into two simple quote screens. Delivery, setup, pickup, access, timing, tuning, tax, and special handling are additional and quoted separately.

Event Rental Details

Use this for short-term rentals where the piano is needed for a specific date, location, performance, recording, or event window.

Event Quote

Base rental fees do not include delivery, setup, pickup, tax, tuning, stairs, late night windows, or special handling. Gus will quote those items after reviewing the details.

Monthly Rental Details

Use this for practice, students, lessons, teaching studios, and longer-term rental needs.

Monthly Quote

Monthly rentals include a required security deposit. Delivery, pickup, tuning, tax, and shipping fees are extra and quoted separately.

*Monthly rentals require a 6-month minimum commitment. Security deposits are $150 for uprights and $300 for baby grands.
